The family business in Mississippi started with Myer's great-grandfather. What began with him grew into a multi-generational presence in Mississippi banking and real estate. Three more generations who built, bought, financed, and developed across the state. Magnolia Investment Holdings is the fourth generation continuing that work.

Myer is a native Jacksonian. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2015 with a degree in political science, then spent a decade in banking. Throughout that career he was also active in real estate investment, working alongside his father, partnering on family ventures, and ultimately founding Magnolia to operate independently. The result is a working knowledge of the financial side of property and the operational side, both gained inside the institutions and inside the deals.

Real estate should be simple and transparent, empowering homeowners through integrity, speed, and respect.

Magnolia isn't a hedge fund. It isn't a national iBuyer running an algorithm out of an office park in Phoenix.
